• Data Collected: Name, email address, and optionally phone number voluntarily provided by the user.
• Purpose and Legal Basis: The data is processed exclusively to respond to information or contact requests sent by the user. The legal basis for processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6, par. 1, b of the GDPR).
• Retention Period: Data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and, in any case, no longer than 1 year from receipt, after which it will be deleted, unless a subsequent contractual relationship is established.
• Data Recipients: Data will not be disclosed or shared with third parties, except for the website hosting or email service provider, appointed as Data Processor.
• User Rights: The user has the right to request access to their data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing from the Controller, as well as the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
